In the game you can buy a house in a settlement. The houses are not personal, any number of players can "buy" the same building.
The main advantages of houses:
- You can place a chest that expands the warehouse in the current settlement.
- Placing up to 5 trophies that can give you powerful buffs.
- The ability to teleport from anywhere in the world to the house.
You can teleport to the house for free once every few hours (depending on the level of the house), but you can also teleport earlier by paying a certain amount of Azoth. As a rule, resetting a teleport to your home is cheaper than teleporting between cities for Azoth.
You can buy a house at level 15, if, of course, you have enough money and a level of territorial influence.
You can have 2 houses starting at level 35.
You can have 3 houses starting at level 55.
In addition to gold on purchasing a house, there is also a weekly tax. The tax depends on the level of the house and the amount of property tax in that city.

|Price||5 000 gold|
|Tax (weekly)||50 gold|
|Teleport timeout||4 hours|
|Territoty gain level||10 level|
|2 level house|
|Price||10 000 gold|
|Tax (weekly)||100 gold|
|Teleport timeout||3 hours|

One one trophy of a certain type could be placed in a house. But if you place same type trophies in different houses, bonuses will be summed up.
Trophies of a lower grade could be upgraded with crafting.
